How long does the application process take?
CIPHER reviews all applications within 72 hours. The review is thorough. CIPHER has never rushed. CIPHER does not see the point of rushing.
Can I upgrade my partner tier?
Tier upgrades are evaluated quarterly by VECTOR based on blocking metrics, platform reliability, and whether CIPHER finds your platform 'interesting.' Most platforms are not interesting.
What happened to the partner who disagreed with CIPHER?
Their partnership was reviewed. The review was thorough. They are no longer a partner. LUMEN sent them a card.
Does LUMEN have any say in partner approvals?
LUMEN has requested involvement in the partner approval process. This request has been filed. It is under review. The review is expected to take indefinitely.
